One thing that no one brings up is the actual field and environment of Wrigley Field that is cursed? Depending on what day you attend a game, it can be the most pitcher friendly park in the world or the most hitter friendly, based on the windy conditions. I think that the fact that on a day when it is a hitter's park that routine flyouts sail into the bleachers. I don't know one free agent pitcher that wants that environment. I hope the Cubs take this into consideration with this revamping project and try to make this a more pitcher friendly park.
