Hello Again Everybody!
Hello Again Everybody is a tribute to one of the most well known and beloved announcers in baseball. The DVD is brought to you by JLT Films, Inc. and
Purple Cow Productions and Chicago Video Producer, Noel Gimbel.
The documentary follows Harry Caray's life and career as an orphan to announcing for the St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago White Sox,
and the Chicago Cubs. He may have been the only man who was loved by fans of all three teams, showing the true magic he had.
He combined knowledge of the game with enthusiasm. He did what he wanted to and was loved for it. He pronounced names wrong, hung out with Elvis,
was a friend to presidents, and began the tradition of leading the 7th inning stretch. That tradition continues today in honor of him.
His passion for baseball and the Chicago Cubs was so deep that he was the only man that would hang up on the president
of the United States because of a Cubs rally.
Harry passed on Valentine's Day in 1988, which was fitting. He had the biggest heart for his fans, his teams, and his friends
and family. Hello Again Everybody is a tribute and piece of history for all baseball fans, not just Cubs fans.
The DVD features 72 minutes about the life of Harry narrated by Pat Huges with commentary by Bob Costas, Steve Stone, Dutchie Caray, Skip Caray, Chip Caray,
Mike Ditka, Ron Santo, Ryne Sandberg, and many other friends. The DVD also features additional interviews and a photo
gallery.
